    Description

    This 44 acre fully zoned development site is advantageously positioned at the northwest corner of Wonderland Road and Wharncliffe Road, two of London’s major commercial arteries. The site will be anchored by Lowe’s; which is under construction and expected to open in Spring 2017.
    The project will comprise over 500,000 square feet of retail space once fully constructed. This development will be a continuation of the current dominant retail node in southwest London and is one of the few areas in London that is currently planned for commercial growth. Neighbouring retailers include Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Loblaws, Toys R Us, Winners, Marshalls, Staples, Michaels and Bed Bath & Beyond.
